Our water and land issues also affect our economy. Thousands of people visit or relocate to Florida because of our beautiful beaches, waterways and tropical landscape. Tallahassee politicians need to balance smart economic development with protecting our natural resources. We cannot let a few reckless companies damage our drinking water, pollute our springs and destroy our beaches. From District 8's Atlantic Ocean to Silver Springs, we need to hold those companies responsible and always protect our land and water.
